Pamela Anderson's Cranberry Nails Are the Ultimate Fall Mani

Pamela Anderson is up there with the great fashion and beauty influences of our time—even decades later, we’re still referencing her iconic ’90s Baywatch style and messy chic updo. That said, 2024 feels like her breakout year: In March she collaborated with Re/Done on a collection of jeans and tees, she’s a front row regular at Fashion Week, she’s continued to grow her beauty brand Sonsie Skin, and just yesterday, she accepted her award for Glamour’s Women of the Year with a great manicure intact.

Awarded by the publication as a Global Woman of the Year, Anderson arrived at the ceremony on October 8 in New York, wearing a seafoam green Oscar de La Renta gown adorned with gemstones and with the best accessory of them all: fall-inspired cranberry nails.

Of course, Anderson is a manicure muse. She often sticks to classic red or pared-back styles, so her latest mani felt like an unexpected surprise. The deep cranberry color painted on her natural nails added a cool juxtaposition to her pastel dress, and is proof that even the simplest manicures can make a statement. The look was topped with a glossy top coat for some extra shine.

The rest of her glam was the quintessential simple, yet effective approach she’s been known for in the past year. Her skin was radiant and glowy with a tiny pop of peachy blush on her cheeks, complemented with some bronzy eyeshadow and pink lipgloss.

During her speech, the multi-hyphenate reflected on her journey, saying “follow your dreams because your dreams are looking for you, too. Sometimes you just need a little patience. In my case, it took about 20, 30 years.”

From apple cider nails to black cherry manicures, moody shades of red like Anderson’s cranberry shade will be everywhere this fall. Get the look at home by opting for a similar shade such as OPI’s Malaga Wine or Essie’s Berry Naughty.
