Mytheresa on Tuesday announced Francis Belin will replace Michael Kliger as chief executive of the German e-tailer in January.
Kliger, who joined Mytheresa in 2015, will remain in his post as CEO of LuxExperience, the online luxury group that formed after Mytheresa finalised its acquisition of Yoox Net-a-Porter in April.
Belin joins Mytheresa after serving as president of the Asia Pacific region at auction house Christie’s, and holding executive roles at Swarovski and Richemont. He will report directly to Kliger.
The c-suite shakeup comes as LuxExperience charts a multi-year plan to reach €4 billion ($4.6 billion) in revenue by 2030, up from €2.7 billion in its fiscal 2025 that ended in June. The company announced layoffs in September and in October sold the assets of off-price e-tailer The Outnet to investors The O Group for $30 million.
