News and notes from around the interweb:
- Not only is she banned from American Airlines, her AAdvantage miles will soon expire.

- American Airlines is tracking headquarters badge swipes to make sure employees are complying with Work From Home guidelines and coming into the office enough. Remember, they built a new corporate campus before the pandemic. The cost overruns alone could have paid for seat back entertainment across their fleet. And they shed 30% of non-union staff, so the old headquarters should’ve been large enough.

- There’s a new offer for the Marriott Bonvoy Business® American Express® Card: Earn 3 Free Night Awards after you use your new Card to make $6,000 in eligible purchases within the first 6 months of Card Membership. Each Free Night Award has a redemption level up to 50,000 Marriott Bonvoy points, for a total potential value of up to 150,000 points, at Bonvoy-participating hotels, some of which have resort fees. This is a $125 annual fee card. See rates and fees.
I have this card. I love that the annual elite nights from this card stack with those from the personal card, and also count towards lifetime elite status. I personally prefer focusing on small business cards for rewards like Amex cards that do not usually report on personal credit (and also therefore do not count against Chase’s 5/24).
- TAP Air Portugal launched lifetime Gold and Navigator status at the 2 and 3 million mile flight levels (their database goes back only to 1998, so flights before that do not count).
